Since I had made 1/2 as much wine this year, I knew pressing would be a breeze, and it was. Here is a video of me pressing this year's wine, with my DIY Press. It is still going strong after 7 harvests of use. After this, I added VP41 MLB and put it in my fermentation chamber, to do it's thing at 62 F.
